In this role, you will contribute to quality improvement activities, support care coordination, and provide team leadership as required.
Key responsibilities
You will work with increasing autonomy while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and other agencies to deliver protected, effective care.
As a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide person-centred nursing and/or midwifery care, assessing individual needs and planning, implementing and coordinating appropriate services to achieve positive outcomes.
You will also play an active role in health education, support the development of students and recent staff, and contribute to research and evidence-based practice.
As your experience grows, you will provide guidance to less experienced staff and support secure,
high-quality care delivery across the service.

You must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
