Moose Toys in Melbourne seeks a Design Manager to lead product development from concept through production, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to cost objectives.
You will manage a creative team and external vendors while upholding the brand standards across 3–6 brands.
You will apply manufacturing, safety and sustainability considerations, develop detailed product specs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders for high-quality presentations at Toy Fairs and customer meetings.
