My Australia Direct We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Sydney team on a full time basis. This role plays a key part in supporting business transformation, operational improvement and integration initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Analyse organisational structures, business processes and operational procedures to identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis and gap assessments across various business functions.
n
Gather, document and analyse business requirements from internal stakeholders.
n
Develop business cases, feasibility studies and cost-advantage analyses to support operational improvement initiatives.
n
Design and recommend improvements to systems, procedures and business methods.
n
Support business transformation, automation and continuous improvement projects.
n
Prepare reports, recommendations and presentations for senior management.
n
Coordinate implementation activities and monitor outcomes of approved improvement initiatives.
n

Skills and Experience
n
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce or a related discipline.
n
At least 1 year experience in business analysis, organisational improvement, operational transformation or a similar role.
n
Demonstrated experience in process mapping, workflow analysis and business process improvement.
n
Robust analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience preparing business cases, process documentation and operational recommendations. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
