Initial scope of this perm role:

- Design and build the integration layer bridging legacy and new systems
- Define integration patterns for migration, synchronisation, and coexistence




- Build shared services (APIs, messaging, document generation, external integrations)
- Work directly with legacy databases (SQL Server, data sync, ETL patterns)

Your role:

- Collaborate with the CTO and Engineering Manager on architectural design decisions
- Deliver code aligned with the technology strategy that you contribute to setting
- Work closely with other dev leads, Dev Ops and Product

About you

- Strong background in integration, APIs, and event-driven systems
- Hands-on backend engineering experience (.NET / similar)
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
- Ability to operate at both architecture and coding level
- Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, evolving environments
