We are representing a leading law firm as they search for a talented Associate to join their Sydney-based Real Estate team. The Opportunity

In this role you will join an integrated, national team and work on high-value transactions alongside market-recognized practitioners. You’ll work on significant projects ranging from corporate acquisitions and major infrastructure deals to energy transition and large-scale leasing developments.





As you manage end-to-end transaction workflows your responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating high-stakes transaction documents; Leading due diligence processes; Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including complex acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, and; Proactively contributing tothe cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships.

We are looking for a lawyer who possesses solid experience (2-4 PQE) gained within a reputable top-tier or high-quality mid-tier real estate practice. It’s important that you can demonstrate superior technical drafting and analytical skills and speak to your commercial, solutions-focused approach to complex legal challenges.
