This role is to support the development of Data Center projects in Australia. You will work as part of the STACK Data Centre Australia team and be responsible for the management of commissioning of mission critical equipment, start-up, and testing, as well as managing staff and CxA consultants for all projects in Australia.

Key responsibilities

Provide leadership for the execution of commissioning to meet STACK standards

Manage projects and Cx teams in progress and future projects as directed, including all commissioning related design, contractual and financial aspects in consultation with STACK management





Look for opportunities to streamline the commissioning process without compromising on the quality required

Participate in the procurement of CxA Consultants for projects including managing this process

Manage STACK commissioning staff in Australia and overall management of CxA Consultants with STACK Cx staff

Review CVs and recommend employment of new staff, with staff removal done in conjunction with the VP of commissioning

Manage training of staff in the execution of their duties to ensure commissioning delivery is correct

Conduct regular reviews of STACK staff at minimum every quarter

Create operational standards and practices for staff to follow in line with STACK requirements

Conduct design review process with the Engineering team
