We're looking for a hands-on Business Systems Manager to take ownership of the technology that keeps by charlotte running, and to help shape what it becomes next. This is a rare chance to own an entire tech stack end to end, lead our AI and automation agenda, and build the systems and data foundation of a fast-growing jewellery brand, with real autonomy to make it your own.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Business Systems Manager, you'll be the product owner for our core technology, and the person who moves it forward. Key responsibilities include:

- Owning the ERP (Indigo8), POS, e-commerce and key SaaS platforms as product owner; their configuration, roadmap, and the integrations that connect them
- Leading our AI adoption and workflow automation agenda, finding and scaling high-value use cases across finance, retail, merchandise and marketing
- Owning our technology vendor and IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) relationships including contracts, SLAs, performance and renewals
- Being the team's go-to for all things technology, and building the guides, processes and training that make everyone more self-sufficient
- Leading our cyber security roadmap alongside our MSP including on access, identity management and data protection across our platforms
- Co-leading the multi-year transformation of our technology and data infrastructure, so the business has clean, joined-up data for smarter reporting,

The ideal candidate will also have:

- Proven experience owning or managing an ERP or comparable core business system, including roadmap and implementation delivery
- Practical experience rolling out AI, automation or workflow tools with measurable adoption and impact
- Experience managing an IT MSP or technology vendors including contracts, SLAs and performance
- Solid analytical skills, with familiarity with BI/reporting tools and the data structures beneath them
