Our client is a well-established and highly respected Building Management Systems contractor with over 18 years of success delivering cutting-edge solutions across commercial, education, laboratory, industrial and retail environments.

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Technical Service Manager to lead a small team of technicians while overseeing the successful delivery of service, maintenance and minor works projects across a portfolio of key clients.

The Role

Reporting into senior management, you will be responsible for the technical leadership and operational delivery of service and minor projects, ensuring clients receive exceptional support throughout the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of BMS technicians
- Providing technical expertise across service, maintenance and minor works projects
- Managing project delivery from quotation and planning through to commissioning and handover
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for key clients




- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements, upgrades and optimisation
- Supporting service growth initiatives within existing client accounts
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard

About You

- Previous experience within the BMS, controls or building automation industry
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS service and project delivery
- Experience leading or mentoring technicians, engineers or service teams
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project outcomes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
