onboarding/offboarding,
and maintain accurate IT records.

The role requires at least 2 years in a Service Desk/Help Desk setting, solid Microsoft 365 and AD/Entra ID experience, and a customer-focused mindset. Hybrid work flexibility and an option for WFH are available.
