Mantra Melbourne Airport is seeking a committed Chef de Partie to deliver memorable dining experiences across the property's kitchen.
You will work closely with the kitchen brigade to uphold high standards and contribute to cutting-edge, well-presented dishes.
You should have skilled kitchen experience at Demi Chef or Chef de Partie level, robust HACCP knowledge, and a passion for coaching junior staff.
A commercial cookery certificate and food safety certification are preferred, with
