Technical Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to shape the technical blueprint of our core features. Serving as the vital link between product strategy and engineering, you will translate complex goals into detailed, engineering-ready specifications that eliminate ambiguity and accelerate delivery.

In this high-impact role, you will partner with senior engineers and architects to navigate microservice dependencies, define API contracts, and resolve critical design trade-offs. From conducting deep system-level analysis to decomposing massive epics into actionable stories, you will own the technical source of truth that drives our entire development lifecycle.

What’s the role?

- Translate product requirements into rigorous design documents, defining API contracts, data schemas, sequence diagrams, and event flows.
- Investigate existing microservices and codebases to map dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and determine optimal implementation paths.
- Break down massive product initiatives into well-defined, estimable engineering stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Proactively uncover technical risks, edge cases, failure modes, and non-functional requirements (e.g., latency, security, scalability) before development begins.
- Act as the central technical liaison for engineers and product managers, facilitating architectural discussions and resolving complex design trade-offs.

Who are you?

- You have a strong software engineering background with 5+ years of technical experience,



remaining deeply technical even as your focus shifts to design and planning.
- You think in terms of systems, components, and interfaces, bringing hands-on familiarity with microservice architectures, API design principles, and event-driven patterns.
- You are highly proficient at reading and analyzing codebase logic to understand intricate system implementation details, even if you aren't committing code daily.
- Your core strength is producing concise, unambiguous technical documentation that development teams implicitly trust for its thoroughness and accuracy.
- You partner seamlessly with senior engineers and architects to vet designs, discuss trade-offs, and build consensus around technically sound, scalable solutions.
