IMC is seeking a Performance Engineer to analyse, optimise, and tune how our systems interact with exchange networks. You’ll work closely with traders and engineers to uncover performance improvements across the trading stack in a demanding technical landscape.

Responsibilities include black-box style analysis, experimental prototyping, and collaborative implementation of solutions. Robust coding skills in Python/C++/Java and Linux experience are essential.
