HenderCare is expanding to better support our older Australian clients.
We're opening for a Client Support Partner who will assess needs and implement client-centred support plans.
You will coordinate service delivery, conduct home care assessments, help clients navigate My Aged Care, provide goal-focused service and advocacy, and perform full case management.
Ideal candidate holds a Minimum Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent, has robust communication and interpersonal skills, and will
