This is an excellent opportunity to relocate to the beautiful Wauchope region, located approximately 4 hours north of Sydney on the Mid North Coast of NSW, and join a dedicated Home Care team making a real difference in the community.
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager - Home Care to provide clinical leadership, drive quality improvement initiatives, and support the transition to the new Support at Home program.

Position: Clinical Care Manager - Home Care
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: $120,000 base salary + Super

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight across the Home Care program.
Drive clinical quality improvement initiatives and strengthen clinical governance.




Work closely with the Home Care Manager to implement and progress an approved action plan.
Lead Support at Home readiness activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor and support clinical staff to deliver secure, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, quality standards, and best practice.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
A minimum of 3 years' Home Care management experience.
Strong understanding of the Australian Home Care and aged care sector.
Demonstrated experience leading clinical improvement and quality initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
A team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
