Care Quick Group in Victoria is seeking a Clinical Training and Development Lead to combine hands-on clinical support with coaching and workforce development across our disability services.
As a player-and-coach, you will guide frontline teams, lead clinical assessments and training, and help embed secure, person-centred care across SIL homes and service locations.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with regular field and home visits.
