Dunlop Foams, part of The Comfort Group, invites a hands-on Production Manager to lead the Foam Production & Conversion operation at Heathwood.
You will oversee planning, raw material flow, and finished goods, ensuring safety, quality and on‐time delivery in a high‐mix, make‐to‐order setting.
The ideal candidate will have proven multi‐site leadership in custom foam manufacturing, robust planning and cost‐management skills, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma.
