Job Description
Delaware North Australia & Current Zealand is seeking a Workforce Coordinator to join our team at the Victoria Racing Club in Melbourne on a casual basis. This role supports the Melbourne Cup Carnival across hospitality, premium dining, retail and event operations.

You will coordinate large casual rosters, work with operational leaders, and use HumanForce to optimise shifts, ensuring compliance with awards and enterprise agreements; immediate start through the Carnival.
