We are looking for a motivated and confidentSales Representativeto join our team at Rockhampton Tyres.
This is a key customer-facing role combining sales, customer service and workshop coordination.
You'll be responsible for providing excellent service to our existing customers while also identifying opportunities to grow sales and develop current business.
You'll work closely with our workshop team to ensure jobs are organised efficiently.
The role also includes getting out of the shop to visit commercial customers, strengthen existing relationships and develop new ones.
Key responsibilities
Front counter and phone sales
Following up quotes and sales opportunities
Building strong relationships with existing customers
Developing recent commercial and fleet business
Visiting customers on-site
Coordinating bookings and assisting with daily workshop workflow
Liaising with workshop staff and customers regarding job progress
Invoicing, ordering and general office administration
Providing a high level of customer service from initial enquiry through to completion
