The Role
n
As Senior Architectural Representative, you'll take ownership of the Sydney market across high-end residential and multi-residential projects. This is a genuine sales role — you'll be responsible for opening doors, developing specifications, managing projects through the sales process and ultimately winning the business.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Develop and manage relationships with Sydney's leading architects and interior designers
n
Build strong connections with boutique developers and builders
n
Identify and create current project opportunities across the residential and multi-residential market
n
Introduce and specify a premium European product range
n
Manage projects from initial opportunity and specification through to quotation, negotiation and close
n
Build a robust project pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into sales
n
Represent the brand at the highest level across the Sydney design and construction market
n

About You
n
n
Established relationships across Sydney's high-end residential and/or multi-residential market
n
Strong network across architects, interior designers, developers and builders
n
Proven experience in architectural, specification, technical or project-based sales
n
Commercially driven, with a genuine ability to close, not just influence specification
n
Confident opening doors and creating opportunities
n
Persistent, proactive and comfortable owning your market
n
Strong technical aptitude and ability to sell a solution rather than simply a product
n
Genuine passion for premium design, architecture and quality
n
