Busy At Work is seeking a dedicated Mentor to provide pre-employment support under the Workforce Australia GEN Contract in Emerald. You will assess barriers, craft development plans, and support clients toward sustainable work or education, working with a Recruitment Partner and community organisations.
The role runs full time at the Emerald Office until June , 8:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with bonuses, leave, and training advantages. You will empower clients throughout their employment journey.
