About the Role

The Country Manager - Sales (Australia) will oversee ICT's commercial operations across Australia, driving enterprise growth, channel success, and vendor alignment. Australia is a core strategic market for ICT, requiring solid leadership and technology distribution expertise.

Responsibilities

Develop country-wide growth strategies, revenue goals, and account plans.
n
Lead sales forecasting, budget planning, and market expansion.
n
Strengthen relationships with major distributors, resellers, cloud providers, and integrators.
n
Recruit and enable partners aligned with ICT's portfolio and expansion goals.
n
Coordinate closely with Supermicro, cybersecurity, cloud, and software vendors.
n
Ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional alignment.

Engage enterprise customers across government, finance, healthcare, and retail.

Lead major account negotiations and bid responses.

Market Insights
n

Monitor Australia's ICT landscape, competition, pricing trends, and regulations.

Identify high-growth opportunities and new product lines.

Provide structured reporting, insights, and performance metrics to APAC leadership.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, presales, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

*+ years of ICT sales experience in Australia.

Strong network with Australian enterprise and channel partners.

Experience working with global technology vendors.
