We are looking for a fun and vibrant individual who is looking to progress within the hospitality industry as an Assistant Manager. A positive working knowledge of all areas of the Hotel is desired.

Responsibilities and Duties:

RSA and RCG is essential.
n
Bar, Bottle Shop & Cellar Operations
n
Knowledge of Gaming & TAB
n
Understanding of current Liquor and Gaming Regulations
n
Solid, Enthusiastic and a Can-Do Attitude
n
n
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
n This is a hands-on role, which will have you engaging with staff and patrons along with applying operational skills such as stock control, budgeting and management-generated promotions.
n
Essentially we will be employing you for your enthusiasm and desire to run the Hotel from your heart; your positive floor skills around food and service and your ability to make a difference.
