Peabody is seeking a capable Supervisor Prep Plant to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the CHPP at the Mackay region site. You will direct a crew of CHPP operators, ensuring protected, effective processing of raw and clean coal and meeting production targets.

You will coordinate maintenance, plan shifts, manage manpower, and liaise with mine management to address operational needs while upholding Peabody's safety standards and compliance requirements.
