About the role

Deliver person-centred nursing care that supports residents' dignity and wellbeing.

Administer medications, provide wound care and monitor residents' health.

Assess care needs, maintain clinical documentation and respond to changes in residents' conditions.

Guide care staff and collaborate with residents, families and healthcare teams.

About you

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Robust clinical assessment, communication and teamwork skills.
n
Minimum of one year of experience as a registered nurse.
n
Australian working rights and relevant screening checks.
n
Compassion for supporting elderly residents.
