BM Quality Meats is seeking an experienced Butcher or someone looking for an apprenticeship to join our team at our shop in Umina Beach, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in providing high-quality meat products and exceptional customer service to our loyal customer base.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to customer specifications
n
Assisting with the operation of the butchery, including stock management and display preparation
n
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery
n
Learning recent skills and techniques to continuously improve your butchery abilities
n

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Butcher, with a passion for providing high-quality meat products
n
Someone looking for an Apprenticeship
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately prepare meat to customer specifications
n




Good physical stamina and the ability to handle the physical demands of the role
n
A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
n
The willingness to learn and develop your skills in a supportive workplace
