PAWS Psychology in Melbourne seeks an experienced Operations & Practice Manager to run the clinic's day-to-day operations and shape its future direction.
The role is approximately 15 hours per week and is hybrid, with at least one day on site weekly and additional hours remotely as agreed with the Practice Owner.
You will lead operational priorities, support clinicians and staff, strengthen systems and provide the owner with capacity for clinical leadership and strategic work.
