Job Description
Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking an experienced Bid Manager/Bid Writer to lead end-to-end bid processes in a rapid-paced, commercially focused environment in Sydney CBD.
You will develop compelling responses, coordinate across Sales, Commercial, Operations and Legal, and drive winning submissions for high-value prospects.
Experience in energy, infrastructure or regulated sectors is highly regarded.
This role offers a market-competitive salary in the AU$140k–AU$160k range plus super and bonus, with
