Job Description
Monash Health is seeking an experienced Grade 3 Social Worker to join Unit 2, Youth Mental Health at Dandenong Hospital. You will assess, intervene and discharge plan for * year olds with acute mental health needs in an inpatient setting.
n
You will work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, provide supervision to junior staff and mentor students, while strengthening links with families and community services to support recovery and protected transitions.
