Working collaboratively with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide therapeutic guidance, support medication management and contribute to patient care.

You will also assist with supervision, counselling and service delivery while maintaining professional standards.

What you need

You're a motivated Pharmacist ready to support protected and effective medication management.
n
You bring robust communication skills, clinical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
n
Bachelor of Pharmacy and eligible for Board registration.
