Job Description
Concentrix is seeking an experienced Director, Strategic Account Manager to lead a key Australian superannuation portfolio.
You will shape growth strategy, build executive relationships and translate client priorities into Concentrix technology and services.
In this highly relationship-driven role, you will identify whitespace, cross-sell and upsell prospects, and drive revenue, retention and share of wallet across multi-level client teams including C-suite.
