One of our Federal Government clients is looking for Agile Scrum Master in Canberra.

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:

Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex settings, ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes whilst applying Scrum and Agile principles.
n
Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels to support Agile delivery outcomes.
n
Demonstrated experience coaching individuals and teams in Agile principles, fostering high-performing, self-managing teams.
n
Demonstrated ability to identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and impediments that impact delivery outcomes.
n
Demonstrated knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks, methodologies and tools in a complex ICT workplace.
