Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services across our stores in NSW. You'll lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste support, while delivering outstanding store presentation and customer service.

You'll coach and develop your team, create rosters, manage attendance, and work closely with Store Leadership to prioritise tasks, budget for consumables, and ensure secure, productive daily operations.
