Our client is a specialist consulting firm helping Government and private sector organisations across Digital Transformation, AI and Automation. They partner with senior leaders to shape technology strategy, lead digital transformation, and deliver practical, outcomes-focused change.

Due to continued growth and current and exciting projects they are looking for a Consultant to join their team. As a Consultant you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives for Government and enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and support workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
n
Conduct structured analysis across digital transformation, AI adoption, automation strategy, and technology uplift initiatives
n




Design digital and AI strategies aligned to organisational priorities and risk settings
n
Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans
n
Support delivery oversight across people, process, technology, data, and governance domains
n
n
Position requirements:
n
n
1–5 years' experience in management consulting, skilled services, or internal
strategy/transformation
roles
n
Experience in digital transformation, AI strategy, automation initiatives, or technology modernisation programs will be highly regarded
n
Robust analytical skills
n
Confident stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to run client workshops and gather client requirements
n
Australian Citizen
n
