Youth Projects is seeking an In-Work Support Mentor to help young people stay connected to employment and work closely with employers during early placement stages.
You will provide tailored post-placement mentoring, support communication between employer and employee, and address barriers to sustain employment.
A key focus is building relationships, maintaining records, and ensuring program requirements are met.
