Job Description
The Cassidy Crew, a registered NDIS provider based in Warragul, is seeking a Senior Operations Manager.
You will own the business operations arm and work as a peer with the Service Manager, with the Managing Director as escalation.
You will integrate finance, payroll, workforce admin, rostering, WHS and systems under explicit delegations, ensuring decisions stay at the right level.
You will lead onshore teams, oversee payroll and external support, and contribute to implementing the current structure
