The Reflex Group, which is based and operates in the UK, USA and across Europe has been established in the Asia Pacific (APAC) market for over 3 years.

We have grown substantially over the last year with the acquisition of Designed To Stick in Tingalapa, Brisbane and we now need more staff!
n
Our current crew of passionate printers need a few more printer operators to join the team to help them keep up with the work load.
n
Tasks include:
n
To ensure timely set up of the print machines and preparation of the tooling, plates, films, ink, and paper for the print run.
n
To operate the print machines efficiently & to expedite the production runs and minimise press downtime.
n
Must be able to run at least a 6 color Flexo machine.
n
Digital printing experience is preferred but optional, as training will be provided for suitable candidates.
n
Implement corrective measures, follow quality processes.




n
Conduct minor preventive maintenance as scheduled to support ongoing machine operation.
n
Other duties as required.
n
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in flexographic or digital printing processes.
n
n
Label printing experience preferred but not essential.
n
Day Shift 4 x 10hr
n
Be Fully Hands on.
n
Be proactive and work well in a team setting with minimal supervision
n
Ability to work under pressure and to follow work/job tickets.
n
Willingness to learn to excel in your craft.
n
n
Your current working space is clean organised and airconditioned.
n
Australian citizenship, permanent residency or the right to work in Australia is required for this position.
