Abbotsford Convent Foundation seeks a Tenancy Manager to oversee the tenancy portfolio, ensuring robust occupancy, compliant operations, and sustainable revenue.
The role leads the tenancy team, manages leasing, tenant engagement and financial performance with reporting responsibilities.
The position reports to the Manager Visitor Services and Placemaking and collaborates across functions and external partners.
A six-month probation applies; the role is full time and Melbourne-based.
