TC Process Equipment is a trusted provider of industrial process measurement solutions across a range of industries. We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a rapid-paced office workplace.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Prepare quotation, process customer orders and supplier purchase orders.
n
Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries and order updates. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.



Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks.
n
Support technical team with day-to-day operations.
n
What We're Looking
n
For Previous experience in customer service or administration ideally of a technical nature would be advantageous however not essential Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Ability to multitask and work independently.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
