Job Description
Uniting in Manly, QLD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced, person-centred care to older adults in Residential Aged Care and Home & Community Care.
This role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care within multidisciplinary teams.
You will lead clinical governance, mentor nursing staff and collaborate to manage chronic diseases, preventative care and complex conditions, driving safety, quality improvements and patient outcomes across services.
