Maxiom Injury Lawyers in Victoria seeks a seasoned superannuation or TPD lawyer with 4+ years PAE to join our growing Personal Injury team.
You will advise and represent clients in TPD and WorkCover matters, and help shape strategic case plans.
You will prepare matters for hearing, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with a senior team including Law Institute Accredited Specialists, while building client relationships and business development initiatives.
