ThePremier is currently under renovation and will reopen fully in late October. We will offer a brand recent Sports Bar, Newcastle's best Gaming Lounge,upgraded Accommodation and an excellent Bistro with multiple Function Facilities.

Ideally the candidate will be food focused with experience in driving an event business as well.
n
You will have a hands-on approach and be keen to learn.

This positionincludes days, nights, public holidays, and weekend work. A healthy work/life balance isencouraged.

Successful candidates will possess:

A strong focus on maintaining and driving service standards whilst increasinggrowth and return visitationto the venue
n




An ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and have a hands-on management style
n
A solid background in all facets of hotel operations, including gaming, F&B;, functions & cellar areas
n
Solid financial acumen.
n
An eye for detail and venue presentation.
n
Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
n
