As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and qualified manner

Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
n
Processing customer orders and providing order status updates
n
Maintaining accurate customer records and order details
n
Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a related field
n
Robust problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
n
Preferable1 year of customer service experience
n
Supportive small team
n
Monday - Friday
