Job Description
Bayside Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for its Capel Sound (Rosebud) residential facility, delivering high-level nursing care to residents with complex needs. You will lead RNs and ENs, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and high-quality, person-centred care.

The role requires a Bachelor in Nursing with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated leadership in Older Adults, with solid communication and organisational skills.
