Arcare in Victoria is seeking an After-Hours Supervisor RN to provide clinical leadership and oversee the delivery of high‐quality, person‐centred care for residents.
You will guide care staff and maintain a positive, cooperative workplace.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and at least two years' RN experience in aged care.
You'll manage care plans, medication administration, and communications with families while upholding Aged Care Quality Standards.
