Job Description
HESTA Super Fund is seeking a Legal Counsel (Disputes and Regulatory Matters) to support regulatory engagements and dispute resolution.
You will lead regulatory correspondences, advise on disputes, and oversee external counsel while contributing to governance and data retention practices.
The role emphasises working with regulators (ASIC/APRA), delivering practical legal solutions, and collaborating with senior stakeholders in a versatile hybrid setting.
