What would I be doing?
As aSupportOfficer, you will play a crucial role in helpingtoprovidetailoredsupportforpeoplewith disabilityin their jobtomaintainlong-term employment.
Youwillwork in partnership with our clients and employers to provide on-the-jobsupporttothatassistsinmaintainingemployment.This couldinclude:
Learn and understand job requirements from the employer,whileidentifyingworkplacesupport needs for clients.
Identifyingclientsupportneedsinthe workplace andprovideindividualisedcoaching,guidanceandtraining.
Monitor and document client performance and progress,whileprovidingregularfeedbackto both clients and employers.
