Job Description
The Pocket Espresso Bar in Moffat Beach QLD is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day kitchen operations, drive consistency, and manage systems, safety, and budgeting.
You will work closely with the GM and FOH to ensure smooth service across all trading days and develop a calm, team-oriented team setting.
You will mentor staff, safeguard food quality and compliance, track wastage and temperatures, and oversee ordering and prep to meet budget targets.
