Firebox Pizza is looking for an experienced, friendly and energetic Pizza Chef to join our Hawthorn team.

You'll work in a busy, fast-paced kitchen preparing our signature pizzas, pastas, salads and desserts while helping us deliver consistently outstanding food and memorable customer experiences.

What you'll do

Set up and prepare the kitchen according to Firebox procedures
n
Hand-stretch, top and cook pizzas from start to finish
n
Prepare and cook pastas, salads, sides and desserts if necessary
n
Follow recipes, portioning standards and presentation guidelines
n
Maintain consistent food quality during busy service periods
n
Keep your workstation clean, organized and fully stocked
n
Assist with preparation,



closing duties and general kitchen operations
n
Work closely with the wider team to provide fast and effective service
n
