Job Description
Changing Lives in Newcastle is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the Walker, NSW team.
You will provide high-quality support to individuals facing homelessness, mental health and addiction challenges within a multi-disciplinary team.
Training is provided and you will participate in reflective practice, case reviews, and direct client support to help clients move toward safer housing and greater independence.
