From the fast-paced energy ofLa Piazza, our flagship and busiest restaurant, Sydney's largest Rooftop BarLady Banks, to the relaxed gastro-pub atmosphere ofThe Brewhouse, and the elevated dining experience atMarrow & Co., this role offers the chance to develop your skills across multiple hospitality concepts.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team on a casual basis.
Team members with broad availability may have the opportunity to work regular rosters equivalent to part-time or full time hours.
About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests while working across a variety of venues.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service
Taking and serving food and beverage orders
Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams




Following food safety and responsible service requirements
About You
You will bring:
A passion for hospitality and customer service
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
Current NSW RSA Competency Card, or willingness to obtain one
